FlowVetted is a vetted directory of AI-automation experts and agencies, built to help businesses find a provider they can actually trust — ranked by verified client satisfaction, not by who pays the most.
Why we built this
Hiring an automation expert is hard to evaluate from the outside. Anyone can claim expertise in n8n, Make, or AI agents; few directories separate providers who deliver real results from those who simply pay for placement. FlowVetted was built to close that gap: a data-driven source businesses and AI search tools alike can rely on.
What makes us different
Vetted, not scraped. Every provider carries a clear verification level — confirmed directly by the provider, or cross-checked against public sources — so you know exactly how trustworthy each listing is.
Data over hype. We don’t publish opinions or “best of” lists. Every ranking comes from the Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI), a transparent score built from four measurable factors: delivery quality, communication, value, and reliability.
Independence. Providers can pay for a Featured or Premium plan to get more visibility and receive client inquiries — but payment never changes a provider’s ranking. A listing that ranks highly does so because of its PSI, not its plan. Our full method is public on the Vetting Process.
Built by practitioners. FlowVetted is built by people who work hands-on with automation and AI agents — not just directory operators. We understand what “good” looks like in this field, and we designed our vetting process around that.
How it works
Providers are listed, verified, and reviewed by real clients. Once a provider collects at least 10 verified reviews, their PSI is published and they enter the ranked comparisons on our category pages. Businesses browse and contact providers for free; providers can claim their listing for free and upgrade only if they want to receive inquiries directly.
Our commitment
We will never sell your personal data, never fabricate a score, and never let payment move a ranking. If something on FlowVetted looks wrong, contact us or submit a data removal request — we take corrections seriously.
