FlowVetted is a vetted directory where businesses find AI-automation experts — ranked by verified client satisfaction, not by who pays the most. If you build workflows on n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom LLM APIs, this page explains how to get listed, get found, and start receiving inquiries.
Why get listed
Businesses come to FlowVetted already looking to hire — they’re comparing specific providers on category pages built around the industries, use-cases, and platforms you serve, not browsing generically. Being listed puts your agency in front of that buying-intent audience from day one, and every provider — paid or free — appears in the same PSI-based rankings.
How it works
Getting set up follows four steps. First, claim your listing if you already appear on FlowVetted — we build initial listings from public business information, so you may already be on the directory — or start fresh if you’re not yet listed. Second, complete your profile: the platforms you work with, your use-cases and industries served, your coverage, and any case studies you can share. Third, collect verified reviews from past clients; once you reach 10 verified reviews, your Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI) is calculated and published, and you enter the ranked comparisons on category pages. Fourth, when you’re ready to receive inquiries directly through the platform, upgrade to Featured or Premium.
How ranking actually works — read this before you list
This is the most important thing to understand about FlowVetted: your rank is earned, not bought. Providers with a published PSI are ranked strictly by that score, highest to lowest. Paid plans unlock visibility features — a Featured badge, the lead inquiry form, homepage placement — but none of them move your position in the ranking. If a paying provider also ranks near the top, it’s because of their PSI, not their plan. The full calculation is public on our Vetting process page.
What it costs
FlowVetted charges a flat monthly listing fee — never a commission on your projects. Any client you win through the platform is yours; we don’t take a cut of the engagement. Free listings can appear in rankings and collect reviews indefinitely. Paid plans add the ability to receive inquiries and additional visibility. Current pricing is on our Plans page.
Verification levels
New and unclaimed listings start at “community” status, meaning details were cross-checked against public sources but not yet confirmed by you. Once you claim your profile and confirm your information, you become eligible for “Verified” status, shown clearly on your listing as a trust signal to prospective clients.
Multiple specializations or offices
If your agency serves several distinct industries or runs separate practices — for example, ecommerce automation and healthcare automation — you may qualify for a parent agency profile with separate specialization pages, each with its own PSI. This keeps your rankings accurate per specialization rather than blended into one score. Ask us about this when you claim your listing.
If you’d rather not be listed
You’re never required to keep a listing on FlowVetted. If you’d prefer to opt out entirely, submit a data removal request and we’ll process it promptly.
