For businesses
Is it free to find and contact providers? Yes. Browsing category pages, comparing providers, and reaching out through the inquiry form on any profile is completely free. You never pay FlowVetted to contact a provider.
How are providers ranked? Providers with at least 10 verified reviews are ranked by their Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI), from highest to lowest. Providers below that threshold appear separately as “emerging / unrated.” Full detail is on our Vetting process page.
Can a provider pay to rank higher than others? No. Payment unlocks visibility features like a Featured badge or the ability to receive inquiries directly, but it never changes a provider’s position in the PSI ranking.
What does “Verified” vs. “Community” mean on a listing? Verified means the provider has claimed their listing and confirmed their details directly. Community means the information was cross-checked against multiple public sources but not yet confirmed by the provider.
Does FlowVetted guarantee a provider’s work? No. We’re an informational directory, not a party to any engagement between you and a provider. Always confirm scope, pricing, and timeline directly with the provider before starting work — and for regulated industries, confirm compliance requirements as well.
What if a provider I’m considering has no PSI score yet? That means they have fewer than 10 verified reviews so far. It doesn’t necessarily mean poor quality — it may simply be a newer listing. You can still review their profile, case studies, and platform fit before deciding.
For providers
How do I get listed? If your agency already appears on FlowVetted — we build initial listings from public business information — you can claim it for free. If you’re not yet listed, you can submit a new listing.
Can I pay to improve my ranking? No. Rankings are based solely on your PSI from verified client reviews. See How Rankings Work for the exact formula.
How do I start receiving client inquiries? Free listings appear in rankings but don’t include the inquiry form. Upgrading to Featured or Premium unlocks direct client inquiries through the platform.
Do you take a commission on projects I win? No. We charge a flat monthly listing fee only. Every client you win through FlowVetted is yours — we never take a percentage of your engagement.
How many reviews do I need for a PSI score? At least 10 verified reviews. Below that, your profile shows “insufficient data” rather than an estimated score — we don’t publish a score early.
Can I dispute a review I think is unfair or fake? Yes. Flag it through your claimed listing and our team will investigate. We don’t remove genuine reviews just because they’re unflattering, but we do act on reviews that appear fake or manipulated.
Can I remove my listing? Yes, at any time, by submitting a data removal request.
Privacy & data
What data does FlowVetted collect? Only what’s needed to operate the directory — minimal account information, inquiry messages, and review submissions. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
I’m in California — how do I opt out of data sharing? Use the Do Not Sell/Share My Info link, available to all California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.
How do I request a correction or removal of my data? Submit a request through our data removal page. We aim to process requests promptly and in line with applicable privacy regulations.
