These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of flowvetted.com (the “Site”), operated by FlowVetted (“FlowVetted,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site — as a business, a provider, a reviewer, or a visitor — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This page is a standard template and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before publication, to confirm it fits FlowVetted’s actual business operations and current law in every jurisdiction it serves.

What FlowVetted is

FlowVetted is an informational directory that lists AI-automation providers, displays a data-driven Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI) based on verified client reviews, and facilitates inquiries between businesses and providers. FlowVetted is not a party to any engagement between a business and a provider.​ We do not employ, supervise, or control any listed provider, and we do not provide automation, consulting, or any other professional services ourselves.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you create an account — to claim a listing, submit a review, or manage a paid plan — you’re responsible for maintaining accurate information and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Using FlowVetted as a business

Browsing listings and category pages, and contacting providers through our inquiry form, is free. When you contact a provider, you’re initiating a direct relationship with that provider — any resulting engagement, contract, pricing, or dispute is between you and the provider, not FlowVetted. We recommend independently verifying a provider’s licensing, insurance, or regulatory compliance where relevant before engaging them, particularly in regulated industries.

Using FlowVetted as a provider

Listing your business, whether free or on a paid plan, means you agree to provide accurate information and to promptly correct it if it changes. You may not misrepresent your services, buy or solicit fake reviews, or attempt to manipulate your Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI) in any way. Paid plans affect visibility features only — they never affect ranking, which is determined solely by PSI as described in our Vetting process. We reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing that violates these Terms, misrepresents its services, or engages in review manipulation.

Reviews

If you submit a review, you confirm that you were an actual client of the provider being reviewed and that your review reflects your genuine experience. Reviews found to be fabricated, coordinated, or submitted in exchange for compensation may be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension. We do not remove genuine reviews solely because a provider disputes their accuracy or finds them unflattering; disputed reviews are investigated per our Vetting process page.

Paid plans and billing

Featured and Premium plans are billed monthly in USD through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your listing returns to the Free tier rather than being removed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Affiliate links and disclosure

Some content on the Site, including blog posts, may include affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them. This never affects our editorial content or PSI calculations. Full detail is in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, and the FlowVetted name and logo are owned by FlowVetted or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you submit — including reviews, case studies, and claimed-listing details — remains yours, but by submitting it you grant FlowVetted a license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Site and in related promotional or citation contexts (for example, a review shown on a provider’s profile).

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” FlowVetted does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or outcomes of any listed provider’s work, and a listing — verified or otherwise — is not an endorsement or a warranty. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory compliance advice; for engagements touching regulated fields, confirm requirements (such as HIPAA, where applicable) directly with the provider. PSI reflects reported client satisfaction, not a guarantee of future performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowVetted and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your engagement with any listed provider, or any dispute between a business and a provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowVetted harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, including reviews or listing information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violating these Terms, including submitting fraudulent reviews, manipulating rankings, or misrepresenting a listing. You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time; see our data removal page to request deletion of your data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of info@flowvetted.com. United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
