This page lets California residents exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and lets anyone — business, provider, or reviewer — request a correction or deletion of their personal information on FlowVetted. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
This page is a standard template and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before publication, to confirm it matches FlowVetted’s actual data practices and current requirements under CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and other applicable law.
Your rights at a glance
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, the right to request correction or deletion of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Where “sharing” applies under CPRA — for example, through certain analytics or advertising cookies — you can opt out below.
Opt out of sale/sharing (California residents)
Use this option if you want to stop any sharing of your personal information through analytics or advertising cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy. Submitting this request does not delete your account or listing — it only limits this specific type of data use going forward.

Request correction or deletion of your data
Use this option if you’re a business user, a reviewer, or a listed provider and want your personal information corrected or deleted. This includes account details, review submissions tied to your identity, and — for providers — removal of your listing entirely.
To submit a request, tell us: which category applies (business account, reviewer, or provider listing), what you’d like us to do (correct, delete, or provide a copy of your data), and enough detail to locate your record (such as your account email or listing URL).

What happens to a provider listing after removal
If you’re a provider requesting removal, we will take your listing down and stop displaying any associated reviews or PSI score. Verified reviews already submitted by clients may be retained in aggregate, anonymized form for directory integrity purposes, but will no longer be attributed to or displayed on your (removed) profile. If you’re removed and later want to be reconsidered for listing, you can contact us to opt back in — we don’t automatically re-add removed providers from public sources.
How we verify your request
To protect against fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity — typically by confirming the email address associated with your account or listing — before completing a correction, deletion, or opt-out request. We will not require more information than necessary to verify your identity.
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and to complete verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 45 days under CCPA/CPRA, extendable once by an additional 45 days for complex requests, or within 30 days under GDPR for EU/EEA and UK residents. If we need more time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
What we may retain
Even after a deletion request, we may retain limited information where required by law — for example, billing records for tax or accounting purposes, or data needed to detect fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service. Any retained data is limited to what’s legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Authorized agents
If you’d like an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require written proof of the agent’s authorization and separate verification of your identity, consistent with CCPA/CPRA requirements.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of the rights described on this page.
